8:00 AM: I arrive at the office for our daily team meeting. We discuss the day’s schedule, prioritize emergency calls, and review any special equipment needs. As an air conditioning company, summer is our busiest season, so our schedule is usually packed.
First Call: Troubleshooting a Stubborn AC Unit
9:30 AM: I’m off to my first appointment. Mrs. Johnson’s central air hasn’t been cooling properly for days. After a thorough inspection, I discover a refrigerant leak. I explain the situation to Mrs. Johnson and get to work on the AC repair.
Lunchtime Refuel
12:30 PM: A quick lunch break in my van while I update my job reports and check in with dispatch for any urgent calls.
